Roddy Watt is the founder and CEO of Buell Hospitality, bringing a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and an extensive track record in the hospitality, recruitment and business advisory sectors.
Roddy is perhaps best known as the founder of Berkeley Scott, which he established and grew into the UK's market-leading specialist hospitality recruitment business. Under his leadership, Berkeley Scott became synonymous with quality, professionalism and expertise in hospitality recruitment, from operational and management appointments through to senior executive search.
His considerable experience in building and leading recruitment businesses, combined with his extensive network of industry relationships, gives him a unique understanding of the importance of identifying and securing exceptional talent.
Today, through Buell Hospitality and its specialist Search & Selection division, Roddy brings that experience to bear, helping hospitality businesses recruit the right people to drive performance, achieve their ambitions and build long-term success.

Joyce brings more than 25 years of recruitment and people experience to Buell Hospitality, with a career built on strong relationships, trusted advice and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
Having spent many years recruiting across hospitality and tourism in Scotland, most recently leading permanent recruitment across operational, management and senior appointments, Joyce understands that successful recruitment is about far more than matching a CV to a job description. It is about understanding a business, its culture, ambitions and challenges – and finding the right person who can genuinely add value and make a positive difference.
Throughout her career, Joyce has worked closely with business owners, senior leaders and hiring managers, supporting recruitment, workforce planning, role definition, organisational structure and retention. Her approach is personal, honest and partnership-led, taking the time to understand not simply what a business needs, but why it needs it and what success will look like.
