A Case Study: The Old Mill

The Old Mill Hotel is a five-century-old former Paper Mill that now offers a truly unique dining experience.

Following a full refurbishment in November 2014, The Old Mill has been lovingly restored to showcase the beauty and character of this historic landmark.

The aim was to remove the tired and ancient Epos system , streamline all the hotels operations, install  Wi-Fi and CCTV, and bring it in line with the 21st century .

We involved one of Buell Hospitality’s Consultants that dealt with Hotel PMS ,Sharon Smith from HOP, to integrate with our EPoS system, enabling a smooth transition and training for all the staff members, Table service and kitchen printers were installed  to enhance the customer experience and  speed up service we also introduced a loyalty scheme to retain repeat customers.
