Eccleston Square Hotel

The Eccleston Square Hotel is a 39-room luxury boutique property located in the heart of London’s Belgravia. Known for its blend of cutting-edge technology and elegant design, the hotel offers an intimate, high-end guest experience focused on comfort, innovation, and personalised service.

The goal was to build on the hotel’s digital guest experience by implementing an integrated communication platform that streamlines guest engagement. There was a focus on boosting revenue through upselling of the hotel bar and room upgrades, as well as gathering actionable guest feedback to enhance service quality.

Eccleston Square Hotel joined DigitalGuest in 2024. DigitalGuest provided full setup and onboarding with Ecclestone Square creating an eye catching fully customised platform to reflect the hotel’s brand identity. Staff were talked through the system to maximise guest interaction and revenue opportunities, resulting in a successful ongoing partnership.
