A Case Study: Atholl Arms Hotel, Dunkeld
A 17-bedroom historic hotel in Dunkeld, Perthshire, with a busy restaurant, public bar, and riverside café. The business was taken over by an experienced hotelier with ambitions to modernise and improve operations through technology and better infrastructure.
The objective was to replace the outdated and inefficient EPoS system with a modern, integrated solution that would improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and provide greater management visibility and control across all departments.
We supplied and installed a fully integrated EPoS system including touchscreen tills, handheld ordering, loyalty features, and cloud-based reporting. The system was also integrated with HOP Property Management System to allow seamless posting of resident charges from bar and restaurant to room accounts.
