Papaya Consulting provides Revenue Management support to the hospitality and tourism industry. Our extensive experience ranges from bespoke system support to provision of outsourced revenue management strategy.

Current trends shaping tourism - particularly in the UK - include a strong resurgence in domestic travel, a growing preference for experiential stays, and increased demand for sustainability. There have been significant changes across the industry in the last few years, and in this landscape, effective revenue management is becoming more and more of a necessity.
Recent projects include working with Scottish Canals to implement a new Property Management System and managing their pricing strategy at several properties, and working with Cromlix House Hotel supporting the Reservations and Revenue Manager through the transition from a previous management company.
