A Case Study: Heriot Watt University

A 380-acre site with 2000 rooms of student accommodation in self-catering halls of residence and with 7 different food outlets that include live cooking, street food, gourmet made to order sandwiches, Costa, Starbucks, Continental Cafe, Bistro and corporate events.

We have an ongoing consultative dialogue with the client and respond to their equipment and servicing needs of the business on the estate. We also provided bespoke solutions to ever changing food landscape offers.

We customised existing display units to house bespoke display cabinets for a new pizza concept. Through our supplier network we sourced a blended ice drink maker that will bring new revenue streams 24 hours a day. Currently working on a Costa Coffee Concept with our refrigeration partners for the estate.
