A Case Study: Hy Hotel Group
Hy Hotels has three hotels in Lytham St Annes and Morecambe respectively. These hotels have a size between 35 to 50 rooms. Each property varies between aparthotels and mid scale offerings.
Nuvho was appointed to be the group revenue team, with a goal of streamlining technology and improving revenue and profitability performance post a de-brand. Upon joining the group they had seen an overall revenue decline.
